The Annual General Meeting for Hepatitis ACT will be held on Thursday 30th November 2023, 5:00pm 

This is a hybrid event to be held at: 

Denman Village Community Centre

5 Felstead Vista, Denman Prospect ACT 2611

And via Zoom (link in Agenda)

Proxy Votes: 

If you are unavailable to attend but would like to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf, please fill out the attached Proxy Voting Form and return to no later than 5pm, Thursday 23rd November 2023. Please note that your proxy must be a current member of Hepatitis ACT Inc.

Board Nomination: 

To nominate to become a Board Director, you must be a current member of Hepatitis ACT Inc. Membership is free and renews annually. For more information, scroll down to the next section. 

Please fill out the Board Nomination Form and provide it to no later than 5pm on Thursday 23rd November 2023. 

Board Nominations Open: Thursday 16 November 9am
Submit Nominations By: Thursday 23 November 5pm  
Election:  At AGM, Thursday 30 November 2023   

Please also include a CV and short Cover Letter introducing yourself to the Board and members. Please note that this cover letter may be used as your bio for the election process.
